Action Plan Goals

GOALS

The purpose of implementing an action plan for mentoring research in the COE is to:

• maximize  research and scholarly expertise among undergraduate cohorts through improved  teaching, mentoring, professional development, and innovative academic programs. 

• implement external research for faculty and cohorts. 

• investigate the effectiveness of evidence-based practices often employed in lab schools.

• examine the effect of culturally responsive teaching. 

• enhance our present partnerships and collaboration with local school districts through providing training, resources, and continual dialogue.
